Wyoming Connections Academy is a fully accredited, K-12 online program that provides students with access to online courses taught by certified teachers and allows students the opportunity to complete their education in an environment that is best suited to their learning needs.

Wyoming Virtual Academy (WYVA)
Wyoming Virtual Academy, a program of Niobrara County School District #1, brings learning alive for students with an accredited, personalized program of engaging courses, caring teachers, and a vibrant school community.

Cowboy State Virtual Academy
The Cowboy State Academy at Sheridan County School District #1 offers an online distance learning program for students studying at home. The program is a joint collaboration between the District and Acellus Academy. Students may enroll full or part-time in grades K-12 and complete their studies online, at their own pace, with support from certified teaching staff.

Johnson County Virtual School
Johnson County Virtual School offers supplemental courses for students in grades 9-12. Courses are asynchronous (direct instruction delivered through digital media), optional synchronous instruction (delivered in an online class platform) or in person at Buffalo High School is offered by appointment. The mission of this program is to provide an authentic personalized student learning experience for each course.

Star Valley Virtual School
Star Valley Virtual School provides a progressive and flexible option for Lincoln County School District #2 students through courses developed and taught by LCSD#2 teachers and delivered through the Canvas learning management system. Online courses provided by LCSD#2 allow students to customize educational goals on their path to graduation.

Natrona Virtual Learning
Natrona Virtual Learning (NVL) offers a learning experience especially tailored to each student’s needs. Natrona students in grades 9-12 use the Odysseyware curriculum. The core of the Odysseyware online learning program is a robust course library of standards-aligned, dynamic and sound curriculum. The curriculum is designed to empower students to build proficiency, achieve content mastery, and engage in rich and challenging real world applications. Our K-8 students enjoy learning at home with a researched-based Fuel Education (Powered by K12) curriculum. Unique to NVL is the option to attend our in-person weekly field trips, extra curricular activities, and social outings. These live person-to-person interactions help students really connect with their teacher and classmates. NVL provides the tools students need to succeed in school and beyond. Our curriculum includes high-quality lessons with mastery-based assessments that ensure students achieve success at each and every level. Students enrolled in NVL can earn an accredited diploma through Natrona County School District. Highly qualified teachers provide individualized instruction, tutorials and supplemental learning aids to assist each student in meeting their goals. Learning Coaches (usually a parent), are required, and play a critical role in working with the teacher to support student achievement. Together, teachers and learning coaches design practice opportunities and tutorial sessions that support student learning.

Park #1 Online
Students at Shoshone Learning Center take Florida Virtual School classes online full-time onsite. Online courses developed by district educators and delivered through the Canvas learning management system are available to middle school students within the district.

Platte County School District #1
Peak High School Virtual Education
Peak High School serves as an alternative education setting for high school age students attending Platte County School District #1. The purpose of this program is to offer a means for students to get back on track for graduation if they are in a credit deficit situation. Our main method of course delivery is offering recorded online courses with live teacher support. Students in our virtual education program take the courses off campus. Student progress is monitored and recorded by our teachers weekly. Students are required to make a minimum level of progress weekly to stay actively enrolled in the program. A 70% cumulative grade is required in order to pass the course.

Sweetwater County School District #1
The Virtual Education Program being offered in Sweetwater County School District #1 is only open to students who live in the district. The main purpose of the program is to offer students choices, offer a differentiated instructional approach and prepare students to take future courses in an online format in a college setting. The main method of delivery will be an online format utilizing the Canvas learning management system.

Sweetwater County School District #2
The district will use Edmentum courses to help students obtain credit beyond what may be currently offered, particularly in our alternative setting where staffing limits course offering possibilities. We currently use Plato for credit recovery but having virtual education classes available will allow students to take initial course credit taught by an online instructor.

Washakie County School District #1
Washakie No. 1 Online (WOL)
Washakie No. 1 Online is an accredited, personalized learning program offered both full-time and part-time to students in the district. Students can participated in a wide variety of course offerings from credit recovery to Advanced Placement (AP). At the high school level, courses are offered through a blended learning platform at Worland High School where students receive support from a bilingual teacher and highly qualified paraeducator. This blended learning option assures greater success for students. Applications for enrollment include a personal interview with students and their parents/guardians.

The district offers its students opportunities to reach beyond our in person course offerings as they pursue pathways of interest and coursework to develop as a learner. Students work with staff to determine their personalized learning plans and work to engage in learning opportunities that reflect student choice and voice while meeting the expectations of the district and the state education policies. The main method of delivery includes, but is not limited to, utilizing online programs through colleges or universities and other education program providers.
